By entering into any coaching sessions / courses provided, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Coaching Sessions & Course Content:
The coaching sessions / course content provided is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional advice or therapy. The coach is not responsible for any actions or decisions made based on the coaching sessions / course content.
Intellectual Property:
All coaching / course materials, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and exercises, are the intellectual property of the coach and are protected by copyright laws. They are provided solely for your personal use and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
Confidentiality:
Any personal information shared with the coach during the coaching sessions / course will be kept confidential. However, please note that the coach cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet or through third-party platforms.
Refunds and Cancellations:
All payments are final. Due to the nature of this service, no refunds are provided for cancellations, change of mind, or unused sessions. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for the full fee regardless of participation or results.
Limitation of Liability:
The coach is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the coaching sessions / course. You agree to assume full responsibility for your actions and any outcomes resulting from the coaching sessions / course.
Modification of Terms:
The coach reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through the course platform
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. If any issues ever arise, they’ll be handled under Queensland courts. By purchasing a coaching package or course, you agree to this.
