6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation terms for specific Services will be set out at the point of purchase. Where no specific terms are stated, the following apply:
cancellations made more than 7 days before a session or course commencement are eligible for a full refund less any administration fee;
cancellations made within 7 days of commencement may be eligible for a partial refund or credit at our discretion;
no refund is available once a session or course has commenced, or once a digital resource has been accessed or downloaded; and
unused sessions within a purchased package do not attract a refund unless cancellation is made in accordance with the above timeframes.
Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), including your right to a remedy where a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee. Where a service is not provided with due care and skill, or is not fit for the purpose you made known to us, you may be entitled to a refund, resupply, or other remedy under the ACL regardless of these Terms.
EU and UK consumers: If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days of purchase under applicable consumer protection laws. However, by expressly requesting immediate access to digital content (such as downloads or streamed courses), you acknowledge that you consent to delivery commencing immediately and that you waive your right of withdrawal once delivery has commenced. Where withdrawal rights apply and have not been waived, we will process refunds in accordance with applicable law.
